I broke a finger about 9 months ago, and have been experiencing tightness and limited movement in my hand ever since the injury healed. One tip I have is that if you drop the ball, they tend to attract a lot of dust and dirt, but a quick rinse will clean them right off. I have a dog, so his hair can get stuck on the ball, but it's really easy to clean.
