Review on Elgato Game Capture HD - High Definition Game Recorder for Xbox, PlayStation, Mac, and PC - Full HD 1080p by Michael Bryan

I bought this thing three years ago but decided to write a review. There are many capture cards out there and I haven't tried them all. I chose it based on the reviews. I love this capture card. It's small and simple. And it can be used to capture videos from all my consoles (Wii U, Switch, PS3, PS4, etc.). Sometimes I have to close and reopen OBS for it to recognize the card, but that's a bit annoying. There is a slight lag when recording, but if you want your voice to sync with what's happening in-game, this can be fixed in OBS by adjusting the sync lag. It comes with its own software, but I like OBS better.
