Review on Omix Ada 16730 09 Parking Brake Cable by Russell Rabbach

I bought this cable from Revain after looking up the correct part number on Morris 4x4 and Quadratec. According to those two websites and Revain's conformance check, this should have been the correct part for my 1983 CJ7. It installed and worked fine, but when I called Omix they said it was the wrong part number and it was for a 1978-80 CJ Jeep. Installed without problems, the drum works perfectly. The spring at the end of the cable in the drum is 5 inches long, which is the correct length for a 10 inch brake. Long story, good cable, easy installation, works as expected.
