I like that you are able to customize each email, as well there is also other options for sending different types of emails out such weekly reminders or just simply having an auto response with more details about product benefits etc.. but i think it would be great if they added some kind fo video tutorial section so we could learn how this software works step by steps - not all features work flawlessly! You can send automated reminder messages via mail merge functions using templates from Microsoft Word which makes things easy when creating automatic responses in bulk (for example 10-20). It allows me use my own logo images instead off third party stock ones because customization matters alot here since people will see them everyday at their jobs/at home /etc.
