This is a very cute cat tower. I give 3 stars because there is not enough mail! I solved this problem by putting a plastic cup where the pole was missing. That looks a bit strange. But the kittens love it. I go to Lowe's and buy a round piece of wood to screw on. Took me about an hour and 30 minutes. assemble yourself. EDIT This is an amazing company! In short, the mail is gone. It was related to another post. I sent them a picture, they responded quickly and showed me what I did wrong. If you need a cat tower, please buy it from this company. They are amazing! We need more kind people like the ones who helped me. I have changed my rating to 5 stars. I would like to give them 10 stars.
