Because many reviews have helped me to make the right choice in the past, I would like to give an honest review. Advantages: Assembly is very easy. I was able to put it together without watching a YouTube construction video until it was time for the stairs. Then I watched the video of the ladder assembly part and was able to do it. Overall a very cute dollhouse. The characteristics of 2 dolls are also very cute. The dolls are small because they have to fit on the dollhouse chairs and bed. My 2.9 year old daughter loves playing with the whole set. The added tiny kitchen items (an added bonus) were so tiny that at first I thought who could play with them. But to my surprise, my little one really liked it. She picks them up with her little fingers and mimics the cooking, serving, and feeding of the dolls. It's so cute to look at. And it helps their motor skills. When parents try to pick something up with their hands, it can be a little frustrating. But it is not intended for parents, but for small flaws. Cons: If your child likes to move things, then you're in trouble. He's not that strong. For the price I wouldn't expect the durability of a wooden dollhouse. Correction: This is where skill comes into play. If you agree that you can't take it apart, you can use hot glue to attach the pieces (especially the racks) together to make it very strong. I fixed a few parts with hot glue and it works much better. This means I don't have to pick up the fallen pieces every time my daughter plays with it. I left the accessories without hot glue, such as the stairs (because they are already quite strong), patio and garden railings, fence (because my daughter likes to take them off and put them back on). Conclusion: I would buy it if I had to choose again just because it's so much fun to play with and grow with my daughter without taking up too much space in the house.
