I like that they are open to working with you until everything gets picked up, even if it's not their day! The team at this location has been very helpful when we've had questions about our account or what services/products fit us best for our needs (elderly parents). They also do great work cleaning out trash cans as well which helps keep them clean so there isn't an extra trip needed after using your garbage can. We have used them several times now since purchasing office furniture from another business last year. Our new desks arrived without any damage but one desk was broken upon receiving due to poor packaging by FedEx. Upon contacting ADI to let them know we wanted credit toward future debris removal service calls, they worked quickly to schedule a pickup date within two days. A nice gesture indeed considering how much time passed between my call and scheduling.
