Bought this to give to a 4 year old. Well I opened it up to make sure it works before I give it away. Well I thought it was super cute. I decided to keep it to myself. Love, love, love, it's in my office in the corner of my desk. it's super cute and definitely makes you laugh, it's just nice to have. I recommend it not only for children but also for adults. The dancing cactus is a fun toy for my 1 and 5 year olds. The younger loves to dance with the toy. The bigger one likes how the cactus mimics the funny sound of the voice. The snooze function is very easy to activate so you can turn it off when the kids aren't playing with it. There are many songs from PG, so the toy will be fun. for some time. I also think it would be a soundtrack for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years.

I've never seen a toy like this before. From the moment you put the batteries in it starts moving and moving to the music with such energy! I like the fact that it plays real songs and not hackneyed nursery rhymes. There are two buttons, one on the right and one on the left. The left button can record your voice for 15 seconds, while the right button can play more than 100 songs. This is a great addition to our toy collection and I know it will be a lot of fun to play with.

Gave this to my friend's 2 year old who immediately cried and screamed in fear when it happened again. The toy works as advertised but it is VERY loud even by my adult ears and there is no volume control. I also thought it was a cute toy, but the longer I look at it, it's actually kind of a creepy face that just stares into your soul. Go back to the store and buy AA batteries, two trips and two battery purchases later, let it run. Bought this for my 2 year old niece but wanted to try it out before giving it to her. It's a cute toy and feels solid and well made (although I'm sure a toss or rough play will break it).
