Review on 🍝 Stainless Steel Spaetzle Maker by Danesco - 12x4.5 Inches by Yvonne Roybal

This arrived a few days ago, used once and works fine. I think the key to perfection is the consistency of the batter. The batter I made may have been too thick and the noodles didn't fall into the water quickly. Not to mention there was some waste due to accumulation and when the batter gets low it doesn't slide/throw the pieces into the water as evenly. I've never made spaetzle/nodlecks (I'm half German with a bit of Hungarian, don't know how the ball fell out) but it's fun and the family loves it so I'll keep doing it! To clean it, I soaked it in water and scrubbed out the crevices with a stiff brush before throwing it in the dishwasher and coming out completely clean.
