The product is fine, but it was not well packaged and delivered. The top 2 samples were broken at the corners causing a mess in the pallet. Aside from the product's packaging, my only other complaint would be that the brushes that come with the tray are basically useless. The blush brush is too stiff to use and I've found that using a finger to apply lip color works a lot better than a tiny gloss brush. Although the colors in the palette are beautiful - great for natural looking and lip size. Palette is perfect for travel. It is very convenient to have products for eyes, lips and cheeks in one palette.
