The software is very easy to use when you are new into it. It has all the features one needs in an ERP system such as accounting tasks, inventory management etc. You can also access your SAP database from within this application which makes life easier for users who do not have any technical skills or knowledge. I would like to see more customization options available with the product. We used to work without having much problems but now we are facing some issues while using this program due to changes made by our clients. Try it once and if there's no problem then go ahead! Our organization was able to solve many of its internal challenges pertaining to processes and procedures.
