I've been using their software since 2013. They have excellent customer support with fast response time. I like how easy it is to integrate into our website/website builder, which was something we lacked at other providers. The price point could be better compared to competitors such as TripAdvisor or Agoda (although they are both great companies). We haven't had any issues after 4 years of usage! Their integration process takes some getting used to, but once you do it's smooth sailing from there. If your business caters more towards B2B transactions, then this isn't really an option since most users tend to fall back to search engines first when looking for hotels. However, if your customers are more likely to research online before making reservations through your site, then this might work out well for you. Cangooroo is a really useful tool for booking accommodation. It is easy to use, and the support is very fast and friendly. I have not found anything I dislike. If you are looking for an easy way to book accommodation, Cangooroo is a great choice. I use it to book accommodation for my clients. It is very easy to use and it is very quick. I have not had any problems.
