I bought this knee pad for my husband. He's had multiple knee surgeries, so he has to wear it all the time. The one he was wearing was from Wal-Mart, brand ACE I believe, and it was a one size fits MOST. He had it for a long time and needed a new one. So I looked for a new articulated knee brace for him in Revane and found this one. I was surprised to see so many good reviews. Now I understand why. It was very comfortable to wear. It came in 3 different sizes (I got the medium one for it) and the customer service was amazing! The first day we received it he tried it on and it fits very well. He wore it to work and was grateful I gave him this new one. Unfortunately the next day we had ice and snow on the stairs and he slipped and fell on the steps! He landed on his bad knee and it bent both straps, he said, rendering them useless. I was upset - I just bought it! That's when the sales lady (Lisa) contacted me and asked if we were ok. I told her what happened and she sent us a replacement free of charge. That's customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thank you, thank you!
