I'm not a reviewer who calls a product crap and abandons the product. So here are some details. It's not convenient. Everywhere you touch it, there are noticeably sharp edges. No matter how I try to adjust them, they don't sit straight. My hands hurt my head. There are no springs in the hinges; but at the time it was not stated in the description. The arches are very tight to open and close. I bought different blue light blocking glasses and there is a big difference in the amount of blue light they block. If I hold them so that they cover the screen with half the lens then there is absolutely no difference in the amount of blue light blocked in my opinion. The frames look stylish and good. So if that's the most important thing to you, then do it.
