Review on Logitech G305 Lightspeed: The Ultimate Wireless Gaming Mouse by Janis Ziemelis ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Satisfied with the purchase one hundred percent, I recommend the product for everyone.

In general, my dear reader of this review, if in a nutshell - if you can for 3000, and even more so in the case of your first wireless mouse - take it and don’t think, I haven’t seen better today (except perhaps Delux M800, but there is alik alik and such a level of trust as Logitech with its G305 to the manufacturer, I have not seen so far). I used HyperX Pulsefire FPS for several years, so I spent VERY many days and nights researching, watching all the reviews non-stop and was afraid that I could make a mistake, in particular because of the form factor, both in size and in the opinions of many, it has always been mentioned that the mouse is more suitable for the claw grip, and the palmar one is not very good. I was lucky with this and on my palm at ~ 15-16 cm after a couple of hours of use everything turned out to be successful, I use a palm grip (sometimes adjacent to a “light” claw grip). The weight also scared me at first, because to my surprise (and after all the reviews that mentioned a CRITICAL difference of 5-10 grams) it is noticeable, but again, I got used to it in one evening, lifting and dragging turned out to be quite convenient. Snatched for 3080r, the cost turned out to be a decisive factor, when I almost ordered Omen Vector for 4300r, and did not lose. The absence of wires is a thrill. Yes, there is an inconvenience due to the fact that my ring finger and little finger are hanging in the air, but I expected this problem, since mice with side inserts, especially wireless ones, are simply rare at this price. But the adaptation happened faster than I feared. I've been playing CS:GO for 5 years now, everything works great in it and I haven't noticed any deterioration. After purchase, practice on aims for one evening and you will “feel” this mouse absolutely. By the way, DPI calculators are top, I recommend using them when switching to a new DPI. I play at 12022 DPI, I feel every pixel. Take it and you won't regret it. : added comparison screenshots with A4Tech Bloody V7 and HyperX Pulsefire FPS, suddenly someone will be useful

Pros
  • - White color, body materials (textured, "rough" plastic) - everything is fine, not cheap at all - The sensor is good, does not break, no matter how hard you try - The connection is excellent, no problems, I put it under the monitor and everything is holding up perfectly - The battery is included, I was afraid that for such a price they would be greedy - Price. PRICE! - The software is more than acceptable, I do not understand what some people lack, honestly - The form factor turned out to be quite good for me, but in the comments more details And a bunch of other pluses that I haven’t thought of writing yet
Cons
  • - Just a nitpick because I'm not used to it yet: I was surprised, but the weight due to the battery, apparently, is really noticeable (more in the comments). Fortunately, the mouse is super popular and modding is very common and not particularly confused.
