Random disconnects

This product will separate randomly and you will need to unplug and plug back in for items to work again. He does this about every 5 hours and randomly. There is a USB flash drive and a new wired keyboard and mouse are attached to it. So I don't use much power and the problem isn't the connection to the laptop. This device is the only item with the problem. I recommend another brand
