This is amazing, I've been using this product for almost a week now and I noticed a difference in the texture of my beard from the first use. It's softer and less harsh, I feel my beard is less tangled and on top of that it smells fantastic. Trouble in my beard, I'm proud it's tangle-free, softer and looks a lot better. Let's not forget the customer service, they have been fantastic from the start. After purchase they emailed me to let them know if I had any questions and to thank me for purchasing the product. I took the time to thank them for the email, even if it was automatic, and inquired about another product (beard oil). They replied to me quickly and were helpful and best of all they even let me know their emails are not automatic. I was so blown away by their customer service, that alone deserves 6 stars if possible. Seriously, if you have any doubts about this product, just give it a try, I'm sure you'll like it too.
