Review on History Time Puzzle by 4D Cityscape by George Bell

My 9 year old got this for Christmas and it was a huge hit with the whole family. It ended up requiring more parental involvement than expected, but it added to the attraction/social time/history lessons. The puzzle piece wasn't easy to put together (lots of pieces with the same color/shape), the 3D foam pieces of the states and mountains were fine for layers 2-5, and the landmark pieces were fun to figure out what they were and which state they belonged. Overall it took a HARD three days to put together with the first layer/puzzle piece taking the longest. As a parent, I loved US history very much, learning about expansion areas, major roads and mountains and monuments, and the kids loved the "cool" 4D building factor. They also give you double sided tape to hold the layers together, but we chose not to use that. And note that for landmarks you will need very strong scissors or stationery scissors.
