I rarely do reviews. Customer support and a fantastic product (when it works) are important. It is unpleasant to receive a defective product. But if you have a business that keeps it going, it's worth it. My first 3D printing experience was on a Makerbot+ replicator in my school lab. My first print was a little disappointing. Although that was new. I put off learning 3D printing due to the time consuming process of cutting and destroying my models in Zbrush. The Bad: Right out of the box I had trouble printing. BAD. I had a "returning" trigger finger, so I was itching. But after #1 ("Auto Return Home"), then #2 (printing the dog to SD card), about 2 hours later. bam. Great looking printed dog. Satisfied is putting it mildly. I never got that kind of quality from Makerbot in school. (Perhaps I should take into account that the printer has been used many times?) Still. the perfect 3D printed dog for 1/4 the price. Then BAD, I got random reboots. Sometimes I got a print. In other cases no. I contacted Revain and Comgrow support and they sent me the motherboard very quickly. But no luck. I'm disappointed. I figured it must be the battery so I'd give this product 2/5 stars (an extra star for support) and just buy some parts. But the call saved me. Comgrow sent me a new battery. Delivery was quick too. I changed the battery and now everything works. (VERY) good: The print quality is EXCELLENT. I haven't had any problems with the printer (so far) and have printed many items and a few parts of the figure. Comgrow will ship replacement units FAST. Comgrow+Revain support = 5/5 stars. Terrific. If you have any problems please let Revain know. If it cannot be resolved, you will be referred to Comgrow, which is just as good. The quality of the printer is excellent. The build quality is solid. The adhesion (with my hatchbox and the Creality PLA sample) is perfect. The magnetic bed is very practical. Tip for you: Learn more about your printer. This is a do-it-yourself setup and if you fiddle around you'll be glad you have it. Go to YouTube, type Ender 5 and search for "Nexi Tech", "Tomb of 3D Printed Horrors" and "Teaching tech" (a bit more advanced). Comgrow Tip: Quality Control. If you can do that, you get 6/5 stars. If Creality can develop a FULLY tested DLP printer I will buy it immediately. I look for a.
