Update: The seller gave me a full refund. I bought another toner from this seller and it was fine with no problems. I will also buy this toner again once the chip version is available as it works with my printer at a much lower price than the OEM. The product works perfectly. The problem is that we tried to move the HP chip as directed and broke the chip holder in the process. The toner will not work without a chip. To make matters worse, we ordered toner when ordering the printer and only needed it 2 days after the 30-day return period had expired. I will take a look at the product again when they receive it with the HP chip installed.
