This item did exactly what it said it would. Tornado potato slice (spiral) is ideal for even slices. It took about 15 minutes to remove the blue shrink wrap, but overall it wasn't a big deal. The clamp that holds the end of the product is really good, but I just turned the potatoes by hand, which was very easy. The food slicer is of a comfortable weight, is not wobbly, does not slip or move during use. It was quick and easy to clean. I recommend this product after comparing it to several other models that weren't as durable or as effective.
