Initially, I bought the instrument for my nephews (10 and 12 years old), but it turned out that it was quite convenient for me to use it to create and record arrangements for work. So, I selected according to the following parameters: 1. Active keyboard, 2. Game learning functions, 3. Compactness. Chose between Yamaha 363 and Medeli A100. Medeli immediately dropped because of the strange sound quality and a large percentage of defects (I read it on the forum). Yamaha cost a little more and didn't have the Pitch Bend wheel I needed. Of the cool pluses for children: there is a really convenient learning function, which makes it possible to disassemble the compositions piece by piece - first with the right and then with the left hand. Now nephews, with pleasure, stick to the synthesizer, and completely forget about tablets and phones. In addition to the step-by-step function of learning the game, I found a fun Dance Music function, a kind of entertainment on the topic of modern music. How it works: I mix instrument parts and different effects with one finger to get a finished track (special thanks to the engineers - you don’t even need to read the instructions to understand how it works and get an interesting track). Another big plus is the availability of USB: I received an order to create an arrangement, I had only a laptop and a sequencer at hand. As a result, everything was recorded on a “children's” synthesizer.
