Good. I bought this chair in December 2010 for my home office. I travel a lot for work so I really only used it on the weekends and probably half of the weekends. I'm 6th "5" and use it in the full "up" position. Today he has resigned from office. When I sit down on a chair, it goes down to its lowest height and when I stand up, it goes up again. There is obviously a leak somewhere and I am not obese and the chair has not been abused. I feel like I'm in a high chair. I loved it to this day. Of course I'm sure his warranty has expired, so now I have to order another chair from a different brand. Remember you get what you pay for! I would rate it 5 stars to this day.
