I purchased these stages for a 2017 Ram 1500 which the product page and seller information says these stages should work with. However, this is a lie. They don't work with the 2017 Ram 1500 and according to other reviews they don't fit many trucks like the seller claims. When trying to mount them I quickly found that I had to drill 2 separate holes in the frame of my truck and 2 more holes at the very bottom on the outside where the cab skin presses against the frame. This is simply unacceptable. Then I noticed that the diagrams in the book for my frame style didn't match the steps I was supposed to put on my truck. The diagram showed drilled holes in the tiers that were not in the physical product I was holding in my hand. Also, the angled C-bar did not look like the picture and it did not mount to the frame as shown in the instructions. Finally, the steps felt incredibly cheap as the aluminum was a bit flimsy and poorly finished compared to other types. In general, the sales page is a complete lie.
