Bought for my daughter to go to school. The description says this is the latest version, which would lead me to believe the OS is the latest, which it isn't. She wanted version 13, and to get it she had to do two upgrades at school. Before we knew it, she lost all her previous work because the operating system was not compatible with Google Chrome (version 13), the computer crashed and she lost her job. It's an hour and a half away, so I had to remotely troubleshoot a computer I wasn't familiar with. Hopefully it works for her after these updates - it updates at night so she doesn't even know if she can use it for her online classes in the morning. I swapped computers with her so she wouldn't have a backup. Hopefully she can go to an online class in the morning and IT can recover her lost work. Also, the keyboard had cheesecake crumbs on it, so I had to clean it with electronics wipes and electronics compressed air before giving it to myself. Very disappointing.
