The product is great for recruitment purposes, we used it in an interview setting to evaluate candidates by measuring their cognitive skills using PyMetrics's Brain Performance Index.

This helped us identify whether or not they were suitable matches for our team which was very helpful because this saved time as well! I would highly recommend them if you want to implement some type of brain performance testing into your hiring process. We are able improve candidate selection criteria through the use of PYMETRICS' tools; specifically its BPI test that measures attention span, critical thinking ability & problem solving capacity - all areas integral to my role within HR Recruitment at Redwood Software Ltd.
