Review on Sasquash Commercial Stainless Smasher Smashed by Tina Brown

I bought this to use as a skillet and it works great! this is great for a hamburger or hash browns (perfect for two hash browns). It's heavy but not TOO heavy, allowing it to evenly brown anything it's placed on. It's a lot easier to use than the cast iron press I also own. I haven't used it to make smash burgers yet, but I know it will work well for that too. If I had one complaint, it would be a pen. It's a bit wide (and I have big hands) and while the edges aren't sharp, they're definitely uncomfortable. It would be nice if the grip was a quarter inch narrower and had either a silicone coating or rounded edges. BUT since I use it on the stove, I always work with it with a glove on, so it's not a big deal.
