Review on Fat Daddio'S Anodized Aluminum Springform Pan - 6 X 3 Inch, Silver by Ryan Talcott

These FAT DADDIO 9" DIA Springform Pans are excellent. And though I had to wait for a replacement when Revain shipped the first one with a dented bottom, it was worth the wait. The clips are quality-made, as are both the tops & bottoms -- and I've never experienced leaking at the seams. And the light aluminum helped me avoid a mistake I'd almost made in buying a set of "dark" metal pans (before learning that darker metal pans affects the browning / crispiness -- from what I've read). I'd buy this again.
