I've always been a Chi user and when mine finally died I wanted to try something new. I did a lot of research and was looking for something affordable and effective. I read all the reviews on this product and most of them were great which made me buy it. As soon as I received it I used it and was very pleased with how easily it straightened my hair and how soft it was. Then I used it the next day and it didn't warm up at all. I've plugged it into different outlets, turned on a few different heat settings, and even left it on for an hour to see if it heats up a bit, but nothing. I don't know what could have gone wrong in less than 24 hours to make it stop working but I was very disappointed as I hoped the reviews would ring true. I'm frustrated that it didn't work so I will always come back and look elsewhere for a different product.
