The best feature of this software is that it has all the tools you need to create reports with your information in one place. I dislike having to use multiple different programs and utilities for some simple tasks like cleaning up data or creating graphs. It's not bad but sometimes other simpler solutions are available to me. If you want a nice dashboard solution where you can filter through options easily then I recommend using AnswerMiner. We have been able to customize our own dashboards and reports by filtering through answers from our customers at various stages throughout their journey.
