The team at KOL is extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable in all aspects of HR operations including recruiting/onboarding new hires as well as managing employee performance reviews etc. They are also very willing to work with you if there's any issue or question along your way. If I have an engagement where we need support for onboarding, they will be there every step of the process! Nothing much so far but overall satisfied with how things go between us. It would definitely benefit me personally to understand more about hiring processes from them since our recruiters tend not to share too many details during interviews - which sometimes frustrates my managers who want full transparency. This has been one less headache when it comes time to manage employees' annual leave entitlements.
