Very efficient payroll management tool

I like how easy it is for clients/customers to understand our solution, as well as how quickly we get results. Our software has been extremely reliable over time - no issues with crashes or bugs in almost three years of use so far! Honestly, nothing really comes up when using this system every day. There are some things which can be improved upon here by making them more user friendly but overall there isn't much room for improvement from my perspective. We have helped hundreds of companies…

KOL is a responsive and knowledgeable HR team I have been in need of on more than one engagement!

The team at KOL is extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable in all aspects of HR operations including recruiting/onboarding new hires as well as managing employee performance reviews etc. They are also very willing to work with you if there's any issue or question along your way. If I have an engagement where we need support for onboarding, they will be there every step of the process! Nothing much so far but overall satisfied with how things go between us.
