My brother bought a refurbished computer a few years ago with similar specs and is still happy with it so when it came time I decided to to replace my husband's desktop to try this out. The Refurb Ninja had good seller ratings so I chose the one listed below. The computer arrived quickly and appeared to be in good condition with all the additional items listed in the box. When I tried to set it up it crashed and got some error codes so I had to call the company's customer service. I left a message and got a call back fairly quickly and the maintenance staff had a good idea that the problem could be a bad SSD connection and sent me a video link to show how to access it and that was exactly the problem The SSD connection had just come loose during shipping. It gave me the opportunity to replace the computer instead of opening it up for someone who is unfamiliar with a computer or afraid to open it, but this is an issue that can arise with a new or used computer. It was nice to be able to open and resolve the situation the same day, which in many cases would not be the case with a new computer as manufacturers tend to be reluctant to let buyers open their cases. I am very happy with the purchase and will deal with this seller again.
