The back of my new iPhone is torn inside the case

I used this case to protect my expensive new iPhone from damage. And this one is terrible! It does not protect the phone at all! Check out the back of my phone while it was in this case. The folks at the Apple Store say you'd better call this company's support and ask for a $800 refund on your phone. Never buy again and they will promote it as the worst product ever.
