I've had a metal and carbon fiber money clip (which I highly recommend for the price) and I have a few things to say. Metal: Good at first, but can quickly lose the seal holding it to its contents. Although new, it was by far the tightest retaining clip of the 3 but quickly lost that. The titanium clip might work better than the one I had. wear. Lightweight and convenient for inserting money and cards. However, it does hold your money well, even a single bill. M-Clip: After upgrading to this, I can't go back to a traditional wallet or regular money. clip back in. It holds a little tighter than a carbon fiber clip but not as tight as a regular cheap metal clip. The sides slide out and I'm sure you know from the description and pictures that it acts like a chip clip. Once I have the clip I can easily say that it looks better than the picture and is the most stylish clip out of all 3 in my opinion. It's also the easiest to get money in and out of all 3 - Metal is the hardest. I'm not sure if it will hold its pull as long as a carbon fiber clamp but there is a lifetime warranty which I will completely ignore because if it comes loose I would happily buy an SS version of this Thing 2. Cons These include: Can't last as long as carbon fiber and the biggest is that it works better when loaded with at least 4 cards and at least a few bills. The reason for this is that the clip can slide over the money instead of the sliders moving as they slide. It still has grip, just not very well. If I have 4 cards and at least a few bills, my clip fits tighter and doesn't slide over the money when the sliders move. However, this does not concern me as I keep it filled. Just not overloaded, and if you need to stuff a lot of stuff in there, there's an XL version. If you don't have a lot of money to invest in a clip, you might want to look into a carbon fiber clip instead. The price is reasonable as a good quality old titanium clip can cost almost the same. M-Clips The carbon fiber clip is also a good clip, more traditional but easier to use. However, I don't think it's worth the price compared to a regular cf clip. The sliders don't dangle on mine as some other reviews have mentioned. Not too wide but the XL version can be a little uncomfortable. This is a nice quality tool to hold your money, has many different designs and price ranges, the easiest clip to use if you are used to using sliders, more secure than other clips when closed, reliable looks and design and finally totally worth buying if you are someone who likes quality American items and is not too broken all the time.
