BIG PROBLEM: I bought a new product and received a defective product back. Long story short, I received a product with the sunroof not attached to the drop loop which I didn't realize was *NOT* how it was supposed to be shipped - I assumed it was again could be attached - and put the whole damn thing together. How do I know this is a used item - simple as that, some idiot tried to lubricate (and probably broke) the clasp with jelly products (like Vaseline, not PB Penetrating Catalyst, WD-40 or something clever), and it was carelessly applied. So, I'm not sure who screwed it up - Revane or Laurell - but what people. ALSO THE KEYS were missing so the lock was INVALID! AMAZON RETURN - I PURCHASED A NEW NONREFURBISHED - REVISED ITEM: I bought a new product and got crap - and wasted time assembling, call Revain for a refund - replace, don't - assemble, build a second one and now have to spend time going to the store. While I'm sure others charge higher, I charge $200-$250 per hour and easily lose $350-$400 - it's a waste of time (because the first build was counted as a normal cost). ). I bought NEW - let me reiterate that NEW PRODUCTS are not remanufactured, refillable items! Getting straight to the point - unfortunately - I think this has more to do with Revain's negligence as in all likelihood it was a good product returned by a Revain consumer who DID NOT INSPECT the return CAREFULLY - BECAUSE TOO THE KEYS WERE MISSING. THANK GOD FOR THE AMAZON REFUND REPLACEMENT AS IT WAS RELATIVELY FREE BUT STILL LOSS OF TIME TO REFUND THE CHECK AND DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE NEW MEANS. error), I found the product quite easy to assemble. It's quite strong, albeit "marginally secure" in the sense that the lock is safe from family, friends, and nosy people. However, the whole structure is easy to disassemble, since it is fixed with screws. from busting and capturing robbers - yes, but decided to break into a home or office. eh, forget it - 10-20 seconds with a sold screwdriver and, of course, a crowbar. Its metal components are thin, and while they stay straight for general use and the product works well, they can be bent easily. So it's fine for my home office, especially for a mobile file holder, but I have very secure side filing cabinets for real security and file locking. AMAZON AGAIN - WTF - NEW - NOT RESTORED / USED!
