The screen looked good and clear, the screen was installed, the adhesive barely stuck to the right side, it's a very weak adhesive. Then, after about 20 minutes, the screen started spooky touching and going insane. I emailed T Phael, he told me to remove the screen and wipe the ports with alcohol, did nothing except make things worse. The entire bottom half of the screen wasn't even responsive at that moment. I have contacted T Phael again for a replacement, he tells me to contact Amazon directly, they told me this is only available for a refund, no replacement. I told him he tells me to use the chat history as a basis for a replacement, they won't do anything anyway but let me return it for a refund. Totally disappointed and absolutely disappointing. Now to get a refund I have to remove the digitizer which renders it completely unusable so I can't use it at all while wasting time sending it back just to get my money back. He didn't offer any compensation or even try to help me get a replacement to help me fix the problem. I will never order from this seller again and advise you to exercise extreme caution.
