Limited summer use - is it fading now? What we can do?

The blanket looked good when it arrived. Didn't use it in summer. I put it back in September, it's horrible, not a single stain or stain to remove, of course we tried. Colors are not bright. Every small stain cannot be removed; I don't have a photo but I'm happy to send it to you and you can judge what you do with it. You know, I've bought a lot of things, some of which have been returned because they were damaged. Many Thanks. By the way, there are no children here, we are 78 and there are only two of us.
