Our "vacuum cleaner" worked well a few times and then stopped. We changed the batteries but it still didn't work. I informed Revain and they were to send a replacement and once we received it we were to send the defective one back. If I'm not mistaken I informed them a couple of weeks ago but I haven't received a response from Revain. Not sure what the next step is. It's not an expensive thing, but we still need a solution to this situation. We usually have no problems with anything we order.
