He does what he has to do, accurately and quickly.

I liked the easy installation and the magnetic bar that holds the paper in place. I also liked the price. Where I live, paper cutters of this size are much larger. I've only used it a few times but my daughter loves it. She is constantly cutting paper into smaller pieces with scissors to make notes that are easier to carry in her wallet.
