My 9 year old son didn't like to swallow the pills
I ended up taking them myself. My 9 year old son didn't like swallowing the pills but my 6 year old swallowed them fairly easily, wanted to but don't take her if the older one doesn't want to. I have ordered them several times. I really feel better when I take them. I have a problem with MTHFR, so I guess that's what makes me feel better.
