Review on Practical and Stylish: Lily Drew Daypack Computer Backpacks for Laptops by Jess Chen

I travel every week and this backpack was the perfect size for my thin laptop, notebook, spiral planner, some files and a small bag with enough room. I never used the side pockets until this week. Yesterday I slipped a 20 ounce plastic water bottle into my side pocket and walked the short distance from my hotel to the meeting point on the block. The bottle fitted perfectly and didn't fit in my pocket. When I got to the meeting, I noticed that the seam on the side pocket was torn (see photo). I have a feeling the company should replace it but the last day to request a refund was YESTERDAY. I plan to contact the company and hope they either replace it with a better one or refund my money.
