Excellent way To Monitor Machine Status
I like that it is easy for my employees, customers or anyone else in need of an update with our machines status without having access their computer while they are away from home/office etc! It also helps keep track if we have any issues at all during business hours when someone needs immediate assistance there's no waiting around because you can see everything right out side your office window through this app as well!! Nothing really but just knowing what kind problems may arise so i know how best to handle them before something major happens such as not being able solve customer issue quickly enough (i hate those situations).
Pros
- makes life much easier than using computers especially since some people don't use one anymore..and its quick too which saves time overall :).I love seeing whats going down throughout different areas within building..it gives me peace o mind...knowing things work fine even though im far way!!! Also great feature about tracking machine trouble shooting info along wth other important information needed by employee who works remotely via iph
