If you are considering this product, please read the following first: Look in the window of a car. Everything in every vehicle is curved. Curved glass is stronger than flat glass and also follows the shape of a car, truck or SUV. Now consider that this reach and clean tool is flat. Not only is it flat, it's also hard. No matter how hard you try, this handy-looking device won't match the shape of your car glass. Mine arrived today and I anxiously tried it on the inside of the windshield of our mid-size SUV. Only the edges of this cleaning device touched the glass, which is clearly visible from the outside. The only benefit this has to offer is corner entry and tight corners via the dash. It gets to those spots, but the result isn't much better than using microfiber by hand, and the streaks still remain. I have little doubt that it works better on convex exterior glass and can work well on flat window glass. But these things are easy to clean using traditional methods. If you are like me consider this for front and rear car window interior and to be honest my friend you will probably be disappointed. I was so confident that the Reach and Clean tool would change my life that I even ordered additional caps. I've used it once and have no intention of trying again - just another dust-collecting car care product.
