The first pair of bulbs was ordered with the book so the bulbs were crushed when they hit the top of the book in a regular cardboard envelope. I made a complaint (I mean exactly that) and they gave me a label to send them back and a new set was sent. The Revain cost was now about five times what the bulbs cost! The second set was sent in a box to survive the journey, but the first bulb burned out after about an hour of use. Let's see how long the second lamp lasts. I suspect the postal system is not the best way to deliver such a cheap but fragile item.
