My Updated review - turns out it was one wire that was severed. Once I soldered/repaired the wire , the whole chain works again. I think the mailman was the culprit so please do walk over the cables with steel cleats.So the product is pretty good, the LEDs are so so bright, but it does look nice at night. Cable management is a must. Take care in unwrapping the cables as it can get tangled easily.My original review -For the first season, it worked well. I set it to multicolor mode and wrapped it around my tree and it was nice.However, for the 2nd season, it worked for a bit and then stopped working. As best as I can tell, the transformer seems fine but the whole chain of light just does not work. It may be a snapped/loose cable but very hard to find out until I take down the lights.As compared to my other "non smart" led lights which has lasted for over 10 seasons, these lights are not worth the money or time.
