A bit pricey but worth it! I have a neutered 20+ lb Cocker Spaniel who still loves to tag. I was tired of peeing indoors and chose this one based on the good reviews. I originally bought the material and found it to be too tight for it, unless I didn't mind showing the velcro. He's not a big dog, but I still found them quite small. I ended up buying the large ones and although they are a little bulky for his build, the velcro closure makes them fit better around the waist. Needless to say, it's worth the money, but I'd suggest going up a size if you're not okay with the velcro. UPDATED - while I still love these belly bands, I'm updating because I ran into a small issue. Odor. My dog marks them all the time (hooray she doesn't hit my floor) and I wash them all the time but they STILL SMELL. I even use scented oils and baby powder. NOTHING kills the smell of urine, either in the pad or on my dog's coat where the bandage was wrapped around his waist. would like better odor control
