Love this product - my 14 year old toy fox terrier started having incontinence problems and they have helped us a lot. They prevent accidents but catch accidental leaks. The only thing I complain about is that the strap slips off immediately when lying down. I designed a small strap with glove clips and an elastic band to keep it in place which is very helpful.

We have Great Dane incontinence caused by a sudden autoimmune disease. Before I bought them I measured my dog's waist and ordered accordingly; they are too small and always leave marks on my pup no matter how long they wear them. Customer service was rude and basically told me that ordering the wrong size was my problem. I will never order this brand again.

UPDATE: I've been using zips for a few months now and they work fine. But I recommend two buttons per diaper, not just one (one button makes the diaper tend to bunch right around a button - two buttons lay flat). But make sure you place it correctly. Too tight and you can't adjust it.
