Lightweight yet powerful for stand mixer

I was a little skeptical when I received this as the packaging it came in was very light. I didn't think it would be as strong as a kitchen utensil because it's made out of a lighter material, but it definitely proved me wrong! It has ten settings and can withstand the pressure of even the highest setting. I love that it has a Momentum button for quick shuffling. I also like the safety feature that only works in the mix position (because my girls definitely tried it when it was up). Overall excellent value for money!
