Review on 🧀 OKIAAS 100 Count Box of Medium Latex-Free Clear Vinyl Gloves for Household, Food Handling, Lab Work, and More - Disposable Gloves for Enhanced Hygiene by Shannon Reynolds

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A good substitute for nitrile, size and utility are listed below.

They are a good replacement for my unavailable Amex M Nitrile subscription during the Covid response. I usually use medium sized gloves, Mr uses large nitrile gloves. After reading the reviews I bought a size larger. They are very comfortable, offer complete flexibility, much better than brittle plastic, and are slightly smaller than standard nitrile sizes because they are flexible but don't stretch like a balloon. (I didn't try to inflate them) They fit comfortably loose for my medium sized hand. E.g. "medium one and a half" - if there were this size on other gloves they would fit more snugly/tightly for my comrades' large hands and they would have to be tightened with more wiggling and squeezing between the fingers, but it still had the knack and said they felt better than most plastic gloves so that's a win! I would still recommend getting one size up as the large size is not too big for average hands to use safely and comfortably. They are thick enough to handle most tasks like handling food, preparing meat, dressing wounds, light gardening, coloring hair, art projects and cleaning up trash or working with chemicals. Infinitely useful, like any nitrile. I would leave an extra pair if you think you'll break the first pair. I have not attempted to use double gloves due to their composition. My nails are sharp and can sometimes clip material after some time of use. They do however tear with a bit of sharp object abuse (as do many nitrile gloves) BUT for most things they protect just as well as nitrile and are really handy to have. They don't stretch much but have a lot of flexibility. I will buy again as needed until my regular subscription renews as we need disposable gloves quite often in our house; between cooking, cleaning, DIY, crazy childhood ideas and gardening. (Gardening note: When digging in the mud for quick jobs, my short but sharp nails pierced the gloves - same as nitrile gloves in that regard. Regular gardening gloves will serve you better, although I've tried them when harvesting carrots because that's fall and I've worn out or gotten all my gardening gloves dirty and can't wait for the harvest. :) )
